Cancellation & Refund Policy

This section outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and reversals for all services provided by Local Paisa.

1. Cancellation (Applicable Before Service Use)

Customers can initiate a cancellation within 1 day of making a transaction. Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s bank account within 7–10 working days, depending on the bank’s processing time.

2. Refund (Applicable After Service Use)

Customers can initiate a refund request within 1 day after using the service. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days, and the amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7–10 working days.

3. Refunds and Reversals

Refunds are applicable only in cases of failed transactions where the customer’s account has been debited but the service was not successfully delivered. To initiate a refund, customers must provide valid transaction reference numbers and their User ID for verification.

Once validated, the refund will be processed as per our standard turnaround time, and updates will be shared via the registered communication channel.
